My 24" Maddie stuck in transit.

I ordered a bigger Maddie a months ago, it says she went through the customs successfully, and it said accepted by local delivery company but there has not been an update since 11/04/21 I am getting a bit worried. Where is my Maddie? I am also waiting for two more kits coming from eastern Europe. It's the SueSue and Emmy kits. They are so adorable but I only ordered them on the 11/11 sale so they won't come for at least two three weeks. Here are the different versions of the beautiful dollies they will make when finished. These are done by other artists, I am posting them only as an example of how adorable they are. This is SueSue
