New kits to work on :)
On Jan 25 2022 I received new kits to work on, I am so excited. It's 28" Ariana, 23" SueSue and 23" Maggie :) They are so cute. Here are the pics.

This is a long post, but I need to rant a little, pls forgive me. So... Now I know why they say: "these dolls are not for children". My mom wants to give the girls something you can't buy in any store. Unique, just from Busha. I understand and respect that, but after putting so much time into painting, curing, and even starting fresh- because I didn't like the end results- the work, care, patience and love I put into creating these dolls, watching the girls drag them by their arms, step on them, or throw them on the floor, try to scratch the creamy white nail tips and the half moons off, after it took hours under the magnifying glass to put them on, fighting through pain and my neuropathy, applying with a tooth pick, even asking my mom for help because my hands couldn't handle it, so watching them being mistreated - literally hurts my heart. "This doll" will be for sale, $169.00 plus shipping cost and she is not a toy. The pictures do not do her just...
My 24 inch Maddie finally got here.
My 24 inch Maddie finally got here. When I saw the box I was afraid she was ruined and warped, but I put her in warm water and with my mom we worked to straighten her out. She was flat in some places, but she is OK now. :) I already gave her a coat of flesh 08 and blushing on her little feet and knees. I am too tired to do more. Tomorrow, after my bible study, I will give her rosy cheeks, etc. Rooting the bigger head will be something, LOL one step at a time. The curly blonde hair still is not here, I got her very realistic, beautiful light blue, glass eyes. I am taking pics of the process to share how she is becoming a beautiful little girl :) Hmmm, or at least as beautiful as "I" can make her as a newbie. I will have so much fun dressing her up. OK, I just completely fell in love with Maddie
I just completely fell in love with Maddie when I saw these, LOL She was already my favorite, but now... Oh My Gosh, I can't wait to get my toddler size Maddie. The one I am making for the baby girl in my family, is newborn size, 20", but the one I want to keep, and is coming now in the mail, is 24" Especially the one where she is playing with her little footsie, she just looks so adorable, and so real there. (squuuuek lol)
