My third kit is 24 inch Maggie but her parts are getting a bubble bath. Lol I wash all the Dollie’s when they come to me, very thoroughly and they dry for a couple of days to make sure the inside vinyl is really dry so there will be no mold inside when it gets stuffed in the end. You have to wash the dolls before painting because they may have grease and fingerprints on them. All these little ones are so darling. Thanks for checking us out. Have a wonderful, blessed day.
Good morning. I want to introduce Ariana. My second kit. She is a 28 inch toddler. Her tiny toes and fingers are a lot easier to add details like nail tips and half moons than the smaller Dollie’s. With neuropathy nothing is really easy, but my mom volunteered to help if my hands chose to be spastic and not cooperate. I think she will be cute. Love those lips.
I am done with the mottling for all three girls i am glad you can bake the glass eyes because my hands are twisting and i cant take them out. What do you think? The pics are up close, but the mottling is very subtle in person. Nothing like the first one I did before.
I like how she just outlines the cuticles instead of making the toes and fingers pink. Very nice. I want to make the best Dollie’s I can make. Not better than someone else just learn to make the best I can.
I found a doll that looks so much like Mila, my nephews baby girl. Does she look similar to you too or is it just me? I ordered the kit. I have to work on this cutie :D Sorry for the reflections, I took a pic off of a pic on my PC. All the pictures are the real Mila, the very last one is the dollie.
