I just completely fell in love with Maddie when I saw these, LOL She was already my favorite, but now... Oh My Gosh, I can't wait to get my toddler size Maddie. The one I am making for the baby girl in my family, is newborn size, 20", but the one I want to keep, and is coming now in the mail, is 24" Especially the one where she is playing with her little footsie, she just looks so adorable, and so real there. (squuuuek lol)

This is how adorable Maddie is done by different artists.

I ordered a bigger Maddie a months ago, it says she went through the customs successfully, and it said accepted by local delivery company but there has not been an update since 11/04/21 I am getting a bit worried. Where is my Maddie? I am also waiting for two more kits coming from eastern Europe. It's the SueSue and Emmy kits. They are so adorable but I only ordered them on the 11/11 sale so they won't come for at least two three weeks. Here are the different versions of the beautiful dollies they will make when finished. These are done by other artists, I am posting them only as an example of how adorable they are. This is SueSue And Emmy :)

Maddie in progress.

Who I am and What this blog is about

Hello. Welcome. My name is Grace. I am a Freshie Reborn Baby Doll Artist. They are very realistic dolls that look like real babies. They are not toys. These dolls are collectors items. The first doll was initially created as a comfort doll, for a mother who lost a baby and it helped her cope. Even if a mom only looses a baby that she never held in her arms, it is still a terrible loss. Whether you lose a newborn or you miscarry, you still form a deep bond with your baby while feeling the kicking and the moving inside you. It is a real loss. I have always been very artistic, and ever since I saw the first realistic baby doll, I wanted to have one, but I couldn't afford it, so I decided to create my own. I am now working on my very first kit- "Maddie" and I finally realize the work, the details, the time and the materials it takes, to create these dolls, are why they cost so much. These dolls really are masterpieces. You can't possibly comprehend it, until you make...
