The first doll was initially created as a comfort doll, for a mother who lost a baby and it helped her cope. Even if a mom only looses a baby that she never held in her arms, it is still a terrible loss. Whether you lose a newborn or you miscarry, you still form a deep bond with your baby while feeling the kicking and the moving inside you. It is a real loss. I have always been very artistic, and ever since I saw the first realistic baby doll, I wanted to have one, but I couldn't afford it, so I decided to create my own.
